Job summary

Plug and Play seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of accelerator programmes and Venture Clienting platform. The role involves coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring high standards of delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing complex programmes including PMO and Scrum.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and execution of a large, complex programme with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day growth, development, and milestones of the programme with tight timelines.
• Maintain progress against deliverables and impact metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme operations, events, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the programme at industry events and support marketing communications.
