Job summary

We Do Social Work is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-profile strategic review and develop a robust business case to support future service delivery decisions.

This three-month contract (36 hours per week) offers hybrid working and a leadership role across stakeholder groups, with end-to-end delivery from research through to recommendations to inform senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex strategic programmes or reviews.
• Proven ability to develop robust business cases and options.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and delivering at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of a strategic business case with options appraisal.
• Design and undertake stakeholder engagement and market testing.
• Develop financial, governance and implementation considerations.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior leaders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
