Job summary

Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Programme Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function within the Digital Signalling Portfolio. The role partners with the Industry Delivery Director to develop and own the commercial strategy, building robust partnerships across a diverse stakeholder base.

You will report to the Director of Commercial Operations, ensuring accurate reporting and driving continual improvement of programme strategies while overseeing major procurement events with industry

Qualifications

• Experience of designing and delivering complex and high value procurements under public-sector investment processes.
• Experience of leading a large portfolio or programme of post-contract commercial activity and knowledge of governance and controls.
• Experience delivering complex industry change with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading and managing a large and diverse team.
• Leadership and public speaking skills.
• Understanding of ethics, conflicts of interest and confidentiality in a multi-party environment.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent and professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function supporting the Digital Signalling Portfolio.
• Develop and own the commercial strategy with the Industry Delivery Director.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build robust partnerships and navigate industry complexities.
• Ensure clear and accurate reporting and refine programme strategies.
• Oversee major procurement events and provide strategic oversight to procurements by Roscos and TOCs.
