Job summary

Sai Life Sciences is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver customer programmes with strong governance and timely execution. You will work closely with PR&D, AR&D, QA, QC, production and clients, reporting to the VP, Project Management, Process R&D.

Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, dashboards, risk management, and ensuring milestones and budgets are met while maintaining clear communications with senior stakeholders.

• Experience leading complex, customer-facing programmes.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer programmes from initiation through execution and closure.
• Interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and action trackers.
• Lead reviews and manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate resource planning, budgets, and programme needs.
• Prepare status reports and management updates.
• Drive delivery against scope, timelines, quality and stakeholder expectations.
