Job summary

Grafters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Production & Planning Manager to lead the manufacturing teams and own production planning, scheduling and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership to establish strong shopfloor accountability, robust planning practices and disciplined execution within a bespoke manufacturing environment. You will drive Epicor ERP/MRP-driven scheduling, coordinate priorities, and ensure visibility of order progress across the factory.

Qualifications

• Senior-level manufacturing leadership experience and track record.
• Strong experience in production planning, detailed scheduling and capacity management.
• Proven ability to develop achievable production schedules and manage priority changes.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP concepts and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing teams to meet delivery requirements.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and execution of customer orders.
• Establish robust shopfloor leadership, accountability and continuous improvement.
