Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production & Planning Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a bespoke, high-quality environment in West Sussex. The role covers production planning, scheduling and coordinating work orders using ERP/MRP systems to meet customer delivery deadlines.

You will drive productivity, monitor capacity and workflow, and uphold high standards of quality, health and safety while delivering continuous improvement across the shopfloor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in a senior production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and capacity management.
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Demonstrable success in improving productivity, team performance and delivery.

• Lead, develop and motivate manufacturing teams and Section Leaders.
• Manage production planning, scheduling and work orders using ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor production performance, capacity, workflow and customer delivery deadlines.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement across the shopfloor.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and operational discipline.

Essential Requirements
