Job summary

ABB's Measurement & Analytics Division in Stonehouse, UK is seeking a Planning Lead to develop and maintain production plans, translating forecasts and workload into achievable schedules.

You will balance demand, capacity and inventory, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service and Finance to keep plans feasible and drive continuous improvement across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning in manufacturing.
• Translate forecasts into production plans with capacity constraints.
• Proven S&OP experience with monthly planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of production plans and schedules.
• Balance demand, capacity and inventory to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are achievable.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters and resolve MRP exceptions.
