Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Planning Manager in Rotherham. You will lead a three-person planning team, own the master production schedule, translate demand into feasible manufacturing plans and drive improvements across planning processes.

The role requires hands-on planning expertise, strong analytical skills and experience in SAP or other MRP/ERP systems. Flexible core hours apply within a standard 8:30am–5:30pm window.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing planning with strong leadership and hands-on analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in production planning, scheduling or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading planning, scheduling or supply chain activities in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of S&OP processes, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's planning function and a team of three.
• Own end-to-end production planning and scheduling processes.
• Develop and execute the master production schedule and align with demand.
• Coordinate S&OP reviews and balance demand with capacity.
• Drive improvements in planning dashboards, metrics and data integrity.
