Zelt is a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a Product Manager to work with the CPO & Co-Founder and help shape the product and customer experience as we scale. You will see the impact of your work daily and join at an inflection point where the product is proven and growth is accelerating.

This role sits at the heart of the startup, shaping the roadmap, working with customers, and building the operational backbone of the company while learning directly from a founder who’s in the trenches with

Qualifications

• First-class degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university.
• Experience working in a growing startup or scaleup, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and grow with the company.
• Curious problem-solver who understands the why behind features and customer requests.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, Design, QA and commercial teams, without needing to write code.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to spot opportunities in feedback.

Responsabilités

• Plan sprints with Engineering Manager, QA and engineers to ship features on time.
• Monitor customer feedback and market opportunities to feed the roadmap.
• Define and refine requirements, run design and scoping discussions, make trade-off calls.
• Own quality end-to-end, working with QA and engineers on test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Dig into configuration and compliance details to become a product expert.
• Help build processes and documentation to support a growing company.
