Qualifikationen

• First-class degree (or international equivalent) from a top-tier university.
• Experience working in a growing startup or scaleup, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and grow with the company.
• Curious problem-solver who understands the why behind features and customer requests.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, Design, QA and commercial teams, without needing to write code.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to spot opportunities in feedback.

Aufgaben

• Plan sprints with Engineering Manager, QA and engineers to ship features on time.
• Monitor customer feedback and market opportunities to feed the roadmap.
• Define and refine requirements, run design and scoping discussions, make trade-off calls.
• Own quality end-to-end, working with QA and engineers on test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Dig into configuration and compliance details to become a product expert.
• Help build processes and documentation to support a growing company.

We are currently hiring a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO & Co-Founder, helping drive the product and customer experience as we scale. This role operates at the centre of a growing startup - you'll shape the roadmap, work hands‑on with customers and help build the operational backbone of the company, all while learning directly from a founder who's in the trenches with you every day.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely day-to-day with the Engineering Manager, QA and engineers to plan sprints, unblock delivery, and ship features on time and to a high bar
• Keep a close eye on customer feedback and market opportunities, working with account management and customer success to make sure real user needs are constantly feeding the roadmap
• Define and refine requirements, run design and scoping discussions, and make the trade‑off calls that keep delivery moving
• Own quality end‑to‑end, partnering with QA and engineers on test plans and acceptance criteria, not just handing off a spec
• Dig into the details that matter, from configuration to compliance and become a genuine expert in how the product works under the hood
• Help build the systems and processes that let a growing company run smoothly, from documentation to internal tooling
• Work side‑by‑side with the founding team, with real input into decisions and real ownership over outcomes.

• A sharp, curious problem‑solver who wants to understand the "why" behind every feature and every customer request
• Strong collaborator who can work fluently with engineering, Design, QA and commercial teams, comfortable in the technical detail without needing to write the code
• A sharp ear for customer feedback and a nose for spotting the opportunity buried in it
• Strong communication skills and the judgment to know when to run with it versus when to run with it
• A self‑starter who’s energised by ambiguity and fast‑changing priorities.
