Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Turn strategy into a clear, prioritised roadmap.
- Own portfolio prioritisation balancing customer needs and value.
- Drive customer-centric decisions using data and insights.
- Partner with Tech, Delivery, Data, Marketing and Customer teams.
- Resolve cross-product challenges and remove barriers to delivery.
- Communicate roadmap progress to stakeholders.
- Act as deputy to the Product Director on strategic decisions.
