• Direct people management with a track record of leading teams.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong storytelling to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Ability to manage high volumes of requests with clear prioritization.
• Familiarity with product analytics, data flows, and reporting structures.
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe and SaaS product lifecycles.
