Are you an commercially astute Indirect Procurement & SRM professional with a strategic mindset looking to progress your procurement career within a multi award-winning household name?

The role encompasses half commercial and supplier relationship management, whilst the other half of the role will be focused on sourcing across the Technology (IT Professional Services) landscape involving technology outsourcing, technology services and technology infrastructure). Technology is vitally important category for the business due to the volume and scale of their operations, allowing them to deliver an unrivalled product range both globally and regionally to their customers.

Role Responsibilities:

As Strategic Procurement & Supplier Relationship Manager (Technology – IT & Professional Services), you’ll lead end-to-end sourcing activity, own key supplier relationships, and play a vital role in commercial negotiations that support group-wide objectives, from cost optimisation to ESG outcomes.

  • Own the commercial and supplier relationship with a key outsourced IT & Professional services provider. Be responsible for performance management, value delivery and governance across tech.
  • Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders across Technology, IT, professional services, logistics, and operations, you’ll contribute to delivering measurable value, manage risk, and improve supplier performance.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Indirect Procurement within Technology, IT or Professional Services categories.
  • Skilled at managing supplier relationships (SRM) and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Commercially savvy, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and value creation.
  • Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles, with a track record of delivering value through data-driven decision-making.
  • Confident negotiator with working knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements and working with 3rd parties.
  • Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end sourcing activities, from market analysis and supplier selection to tendering and negotiation.
  • Resilient, agile, and proactive - thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments where innovation and transformation are key.
