KBS Maritime Limited is recruiting a Supplier Management Specialist to lead procurement activities at HM Naval Base Portsmouth. You will manage sourcing, tendering, contract placements and ongoing supplier relationships to ensure value for money and reliable service delivery.

Your role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain in a maritime/defence context.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement activities in a complex environment.
• Strong supplier relationship management skills and ability to drive performance.
• Commercial awareness with contracts, pricing and risk knowledge.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and provide procurement advice.
• A data-driven approach to identifying efficiencies and cost savings.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Defence or Maritime settings valued.
• CIPS Level 4 or equivalent is desirable.
