• Experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial roles.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contracts and supplier management.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Good communication and relationship management capability.
• Developing knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined procurement activities including market engagement, tendering, evaluation and contract placement.
• Support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned to project requirements.
• Contribute to commercial processes including cost tracking, change support, contract administration and compliance.
• Ensure procurement and commercial decisions support value for money and project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support supplier engagement, including meetings, performance reviews and action tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery against contractual expectations.
• Act as a link between suppliers and project teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Ensure governance, risk and compliance within PPP frameworks and systems.
