Tate Americas, a key business within Kingspan Data Solutions, seeks a Purchasing Specialist to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and procure services for our manufacturing operations in Glasgow, KY. You’ll align purchases with production schedules and monitor supplier performance to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of procurement experience in manufacturing, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and familiarity with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Three+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services.

Responsabilités

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and services aligned with production schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and inventory teams to forecast material needs.
• Maintain procurement records, pricing data, and supplier documentation.
