Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to direct enterprise-wide sourcing transformations and cost-reduction initiatives. You will bridge strategic sourcing and project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and mitigate supply chain risks in a hybrid London-based role.

You will lead governance, scorecards, and KPI reporting to senior leadership while embedding ESG criteria into the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale procurement or supply-chain transformations.
• Strong contract negotiation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field; professional certifications such as CIPS are valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-wide sourcing transformations and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and track program metrics to deliver tangible savings.
• Define governance, scorecards, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Identify procurement-related risks and embed ESG criteria into the supply chain.
• Deploy modern procurement platforms and establish standard operating procedures.
