Job summary

WPP in London is seeking an IT procurement professional to join the Technology & Telecommunications Procurement team in a hybrid role. You will lead complex RFPs, negotiate SOWs and master agreements, and deliver value across IT and Telco spend.

Reporting to the Category Director of IT Services, Infrastructure and Telco, you will partner with ET Leadership and Finance partners, drive cost savings, and guide suppliers while collaborating with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology procurement in a global environment.
• Strong skills in drafting contracts and SOWs; capable of pragmatic negotiations.
• Experience managing IT supplier relationships and influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global IT and Telco category plans to drive savings.
• Provide market insights on IT supply markets and vendors.
• Lead sourcing initiatives (RFPs) and shape demand management.
• Deliver supplier relationship management plans and policies.
• Collaborate with the wider WPP Procurement team and cross-functional projects.
