Job summary

Norwich City Council is seeking a capable Procurement Manager to support the Strategic Procurement Manager in delivering a high-quality procurement service across the Council. You will lead Procurement Officers, provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, ensure compliance with procurement legislation and the Contract Procedure Rules, and contribute to the Council's Strategy and Frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver procurement across the Council and support the Procurement function.
Line manage Procurement Officers and provide professional guidance.
Provide expert procurement advice to senior stakeholders.
Drive compliance with procurement legislation and Contract Procedure Rules.
Contribute to the Council's Procurement Strategy and related frameworks.
