Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Strategic Supplier Management to lead supplier relationship management, procurement strategy development, and sourcing activities across the organisation in the United Kingdom. The role strengthens the supplier network, improves procurement efficiency, and ensures delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with procurement processes, contract management, and KPI reporting.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop supplier partnerships and manage complex vendor relationships.
• Analytical skills including cost modelling, budget management, and expenditure analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and capability.
• Lead supplier negotiations for competitive pricing and favourable terms.
• Build and monitor supplier relationship management frameworks.
• Track performance using KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Conduct supplier reviews, risk assessments, and improvement meetings.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost savings.
