Job summary

Framatome Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead HPC site's sourcing of materials, equipment and services, including category management and contract negotiations. You will oversee a procurement team and ensure compliance with policies and site regulations.

The role involves transitioning to a structured PR-PO process in SAP, onboarding alternate suppliers, and managing framework agreements while driving cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance. UK work rights required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
• MCIPS qualified (or actively working towards full qualification).
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, supplier negotiations, framework agreements, and procurement compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for multiple categories at HPC site, including onboarding of alternate suppliers and contract negotiations.
• Transition to a structured PR-PO process in SAP and issue call-off POs against framework agreements.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and framework agreements in alignment with site regulations and policies.
• Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors, and review invoices against terms.
