• Experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience with professional services or contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Track record of delivering cost savings and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Manage procurement projects related to professional services and contingent labour providers.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Support governance and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
