Job summary

RBW Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect spend categories, with emphasis on professional services and contingent workforce.

You will partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated environment. The role is hybrid with UK-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with professional services and contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Track record of cost savings and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Degree or procurement qualification preferred (CIPS advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across indirect spend.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Manage procurement projects for professional services and contingent labour.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Support governance and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
