Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead indirect spend categories, with a focus on professional services and contingent workforce solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable value within a regulated, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience with professional services and/or contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering cost savings and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Degree qualification or procurement qualification (CIPS advantageous).
• Experience in Life Science domain would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Manage procurement projects relating to professional services and contingent labour providers.
• Drive supplier performance, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Support procurement governance and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
