Aster Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Business Partner (Property & Development) to lead procurement strategy across property, asset management and development, delivering value-for-money and social value outcomes for customers and communities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive category strategies, lead end-to-end tendering and governance, and manage a team of three in a hybrid role with travel within the operating region.

Formación

• Five+ years in a senior procurement role, ideally in property, asset management, construction, development, housing or related sector.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification, MCIPS preferred or working towards it.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operational and leadership teams to deliver procurement strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximise commercial value and support operational targets.
• Analyse spend, market opportunities and risks to develop a robust procurement pipeline.
• Design and deliver procurement and category strategies for property, asset and development spend.
• Lead end-to-end tendering and procurement activities with governance and compliance.
• Drive value-for-money initiatives incorporating ESG and social value considerations.
