Job summary

Butler Ross is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement across water and infrastructure projects in a global construction and infrastructure business. This hybrid role requires three days in a Bath office, with oversight of frameworks worth 500m+ and a team of procurement professionals driving value and resilience.

Qualifications

• Substantial procurement experience within water, utilities, construction or infrastructure.
• Strong experience with regulated procurement and large-scale framework management.
• Proven success negotiating and managing high-value contracts.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver procurement strategies aligned to business priorities and major capital programmes.
• Lead the full procurement lifecycle, from market engagement and sourcing through to contract award and supplier management.
• Establish, negotiate and manage high-value frameworks and contracts, including NEC and bespoke agreements.
• Build strategic supplier relationships that drive innovation, performance and sustainable outcomes.
• Ensure procurement activity complies with EH&S and regulated procurement requirements.
