Job summary

Vibe Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a Caerphilly-based manufacturer for an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager. You will lead sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiations to optimise cost, quality and delivery across international suppliers.

The role offers a competitive £55,000 base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with hybrid working and opportunities to drive strategic sourcing and NPI projects in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management with international suppliers.
• Strong end-to-end procurement knowledge.
• Ability to negotiate and protect continuity of supply.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and manage supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality and delivery.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations for new product introductions and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global suppliers.
• Lead cost-saving projects from evaluation to delivery and contract approval.
• Support procurement governance activities including audits and supplier onboarding.
• Identify and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to optimise value.
