Job summary

United Infrastructure Group Services Limited is seeking a seasoned Procurement & Supply Chain professional to lead strategic procurement initiatives within our construction division, delivering best-value frameworks and strong commercial outcomes.

You will analyse data, negotiate with key suppliers, manage supplier relationships, and drive compliance, risk mitigation, and cost-saving opportunities across national projects. This role requires travel to group offices and sites across the UK.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in Procurement & Supply Chain roles in the Construction sector.
Construction and/or business-related qualifications including MCIPS or equivalent.
Proficient IT skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Ability to handle and analyse large data sets to identify risks and opportunities.
Strong negotiation and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial and value benefits through group frameworks and supplier agreements.
Develop and execute contracts with key supply chain partners achieving best value.
Manage strategic relationships through formal reviews to improve quality and service.
Ensure frameworks comply with legislative and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with BU stakeholders to maximise rebates and savings opportunities.
Liaise between business units and suppliers to drive value and innovation.
Provide procurement advice notes and support PMO dashboards and reporting.
