Job summary

Adecco is supporting a leading UK organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager for a six-month contract in Windsor with hybrid working (one day on site per week). The role involves leading end-to-end sourcing across multiple categories, delivering value through commercial agreements and robust procurement processes at pace.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive tendering, negotiation and category strategies to realise cost savings and risk

Qualifications

• Significant procurement experience in complex commercial environments.
• Strong experience across sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation.
• Broad procurement background covering multiple categories rather than a single specialist area.
• Experience managing direct and/or indirect spend categories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Manage tender and competitive sourcing exercises.
