• Significant experience delivering end-to-end public sector procurements and tenders.
• Strong understanding of public procurement legislation and category management.
• Experience leading procurement teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals.
• Develop and implement category strategies delivering value and compliance.
• Manage multiple procurement projects and tenders with timely delivery.
• Lead end-to-end tender exercises from specification to contract award.
• Advise faculties and project teams on procurement best practice.
