Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of best‑in‑class procurement services across a major project portfolio.
• Implement procurement plans in line with project strategy.
• Run and manage tender processes for subcontractors, materials, plant and services.
• Contribute to market insight, cost advice and supply chain performance feedback.
• Support and guide a team of procurement professionals.
• Maintain clear, accurate procurement information and reporting.
• Represent procurement in project meetings and reviews.
• Build strong, ethical relationships with suppliers and subcontractors aligned to LOR values.
• Champion innovation, DfMA, and opportunities for self‑delivery.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and procurement best practice.
