PX Group is seeking a Buyer on a 12‑month fixed term contract to support procurement for safe, reliable plant operations at Stockton-on-Tees. You will manage sourcing, RFQs, tendering, and supplier negotiations, ensuring compliance with px policies and contract terms.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified or working towards CIPS or relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Email.
• Experience in procurement role and data management systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFQs and evaluate supplier quotations against requirements.
• Conduct tender activities and supplier selection recommendations.
• Review terms and contracts; identify commercial risks and negotiate.
• Develop and maintain low–medium risk supplier contracts on standard px forms.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with px policies and laws.
