Job summary

Pactum AI is reshaping enterprise procurement with autonomous AI agents. We seek a senior role to drive adoption, influence executive decisions, and link product capabilities to real procurement outcomes.

You’ll partner with large enterprises, translating sourcing strategies into scalable, AI-enabled adoption plans. This is a strategic, consultative role across executives and operators in the procurement world.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally with practitioner roles as Buyer, Category Manager or in Procurement Operations.
• Ability to drive adoption and influence change across large, complex organizations.
• Comfort analyzing complex data and building data-driven recommendations.
• Experience running workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
• Executive presence, able to engage with VPs and daily users.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success: be the trusted advisor to enterprise procurement leaders.
• Adoption and change management: drive adoption across customer procurement organizations.
• Value realization: quantify value and translate usage into business impact narratives.
• Opportunity identification: surface new use cases and expansion opportunities.
• Workshops and discovery: run sessions to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Business case development: link Pactum capabilities to customer value.
• Executive storytelling: present journey, data, and priorities to executives.
• Product and GTM impact: feed back observations to shape product evolution.
