International Procurement and Logistics Limited (IPL) is seeking a Procurement Advisor to plan and manage the ordering process for a specific product group within an IPL business unit, ensuring stock is available across the supply chain to satisfy the Asda order. The role requires MRPs, supplier liaison, and collaboration with Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver on-time, in-full deliveries.

Qualifications

• MRP system experience required.
• Fast-paced planning experience required.
• Excellent Excel skills needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MRP system to maintain stock levels and support targets.
• Ensure BOM accuracy for raw materials and provide visibility to other departments.
• Liaise with suppliers daily to validate loading versus programme.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Produce Supply teams on current rates and forecasts.
• Send orders on time and in full, aligned to category requirements.
• Support depot planning and inbound logistics for cost-effective routes.
