Job summary

Trinity Academy St Chad's seeks an Assistant Principal to lead on teaching, learning and school improvement within a collaborative trust. Responsibilities

• Strategically lead the direction and development of the academy in line with its ethos and vision
• Contribute to the management of academy resources
• Monitor, evaluate and review outcomes in relation to pupil progress
• Support the creation and implementation of the academy improvement plan
• Take responsibility for delegated aspects of the improvement plan
• Provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning across the academy
• Support staff in achieving the priorities and targets set
