Job summary

Inclusive Consulting collaborates with a leading international professional services firm to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner (Pricing & Profitability) based in Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop innovative pricing solutions, provide profitability insights and support strategic growth initiatives across a global network. This is a highly visible, hybrid role blending financial analysis and commercial influence.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with strong commercial finance background.
Proven experience in Commercial Finance/Finance Business Partnering, ideally in professional services.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with ability to translate data into insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, SAP and AI-enabled tools advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving mindset.
Resilient and adaptable across geographies.

Responsibilities

Support development and delivery of pricing and profitability strategy across markets.
Partner with senior stakeholders to design value-led pricing arrangements.
Analyse profitability and suggest improvements to financial outcomes.
Develop tactical pricing proposals and commercial solutions for opportunities.
Deliver financial modelling and client-ready reporting for decision-making.
Drive adoption of budgeting and planning tools across the business.
Collaborate with Finance, Business Development and PMO teams.
Provide commercial insight and profitability reporting for growth strategies.
Deliver training to stakeholders to boost financial capability.
