Job summary

Linklaters is seeking a Pricing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will support the firm’s pricing strategy, manage global fee negotiations, and drive data-driven decisions across Finance, with close collaboration with Client Relationship Partners and stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working from London and exposure to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within a high-performing Finance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pricing or Commercial Finance, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capability with advanced numeracy and reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Tableau is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to act as a credible adviser.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of the pricing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and contribute to global fee negotiations with Client Relationship Partners and clients when required.
• Ensure governance by supporting Client Pricing Committee submissions and approvals.
• Deliver high-quality financial modelling and analysis at panel and matter level.
• Provide pricing recommendations balancing risk, market dynamics and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement across pricing processes, tools and reporting; train and monitor pricing performance.
• Act as trusted commercial adviser, influencing senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Manage, develop and mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
