Job summary

Premium Credit Ltd in the UK is seeking a commercially astute Pricing Manager to join our Finance team and help shape pricing strategy.

You will partner with Sales and Product to price contracts, lead pricing for large transactions, analyse profitability, and develop pricing models to drive revenue.

Hybrid working with a London office, 25 days leave, private health and dental cover, EAP, and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience.
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
• Experience in Financial Services and/or a private equity-backed environment (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to price contracts and new products.
• Lead pricing for large, non-standard transactions.
• Analyse contract profitability and forecast revenue impacts of pricing changes.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and revenue initiatives.
• Enhance and maintain pricing models, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analysis and presentations.
• Contribute to a high-performing finance function.
