Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop and interpret Strategic Commercial plans.
• Excellent understanding of construction cost structures, project feasibility analysis, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis and Forecasting: Research current and future trends in construction, including labour costs and material prices.
• Project Feasibility & Costing: Assess potential projects, evaluate feasibility, and develop detailed cost models.
• Cost Optimisation & Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities via value engineering while maintaining design standards.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify risks and develop strategies to keep projects within budget.
• Financial Modelling & Reporting: Forecast costs, revenue, and profitability; provide management reports.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with PMs, designers, and finance to enable informed decisions.
• Stay Informed & Proactive: Monitor industry developments and share opportunities.
