Job summary

Unispace in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex commercial workplace projects from planning to completion. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage clients, and drive programme, budget and quality to successful outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in design/construction, strong client leadership, and a collaborative, on-site friendly approach. Flexible/hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' project management experience in design and construction.
• Strong experience delivering complex commercial workplace projects.
• Proven ability to own senior client relationships and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex workplace projects from planning through delivery and close-out.
• Act as primary client contact and build trusted relationships.
• Manage programme, budget, procurement, risk and project financials.
