Randstad CPE is recruiting a Precon/Bid Manager for a national contractor near Oxford. The role focuses on developing strategy, feasibility of tenders, and managing bid programmes and budgets to secure multi-million pound opportunities.

You will lead procurement of designers, subcontractors and suppliers, chair key meetings, and ensure timely, compliant bid submissions across education, health, care, prison and defence sectors. Applications from eligible UK residents are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Duties include developing strategy for tenders and determining feasibility of compliant bids.
• Coordinate bid programmes, response trackers and budgets to support timely submissions.
• Provide technical and operational input to proposed solutions and assess project risks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the bid process from PQQ and initial enquiries through to 2nd stage and award.
• Lead procurement of designers, subcontractors and suppliers and chair partner meetings.
• Ensure tender responses comply with requirements and review gateways are met.
• Communicate requirements to bid team and maintain agendas for bid progress.
