Birketts LLP is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our Strategic Development Team. You will build and maintain dashboards, analyse data, and collaborate with IT to ensure high-quality reporting across the business.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with part-time options and an emphasis on delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Power BI development, strong DAX/Power Query skills, and familiarity with SQL.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years proficiency in Power BI development.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage dashboards, with strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to produce meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Create visually appealing, accurate, and user-friendly dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Regularly update and refine dashboards based on team feedback.
• Analyse data to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for various departments within the firm.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure seamless integration of data sources and maintain data quality for reporting purposes.
• Ensure that dashboards and datasets perform efficiently and meet user expectations. Identify and resolve performance issues promptly.
• Adhere to established guidelines for creating consistent and effective reports.
