Job summary

J.p. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank is seeking a Project Execution PMO professional to guide multi-portfolio delivery, coordinating with Product partners and senior stakeholders, and shaping the group’s 3–5 year plans.

You will partner with Technology teams, lead demand and change activities, create delivery plans in JIRA, and promote responsible AI–assisted PMO practices to improve speed and outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in planning complex roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead multi-year program delivery with governance.

Responsibilities

Demand, roadmap planning and estimation with product/tech teams.
Prepare long-term delivery plans and support cross-functional strategy.
Create deliverables using JIRA with data-driven quality.
Lead change management and align to short/long-term plans.
Champion AI-assisted PMO practices to improve speed and outputs.
