Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a PMO Analyst (Project Management Office) Associate to support delivery excellence across a portfolio of programmes and projects.

You will partner with Delivery Managers, Product, Engineering, Finance and Risk/Controls to ensure initiatives are planned, governed and executed on time, driving standards and analytics. You will develop dashboards, manage dependencies, surface variances and drive corrective actions with delivery leads, while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience with PMO, program or portfolio operations in matrix organisations.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and related PPM tools.
• Ability to embed AI tools into workflows is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Governance, reporting and risk management across a portfolio of initiatives.
• Develop integrated plans, monitor progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate resource forecasting and benefits realisation with Finance.
• Produce executive-ready status reports and KPIs.
• Champion delivery frameworks and continuous improvement in tools and templates.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate workshops and planning sessions.
