Job summary

PCI Pal in Greater London is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join their Growth Team. This strategic role focuses on expanding market reach within CCaaS and UCaaS partnerships, as well as maintaining existing integrations. Candidates should have proven product management experience, a solid understanding of the CCaaS and UCaaS ecosystem, and the ability to formulate clear product strategies.

This position requires collaboration with various teams and entails both in-office presence and occasional travel. PCI Pal offers 25 days of holiday, medical insurance, and an electric vehicle scheme, among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS technology environment.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and CRUD operations.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute channel distribution strategy for CCaaS and UCaaS.
• Drive integration of new partners, owning the rollout end-to-end.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing partners.
