Job summary

PLM is seeking a consultant to work with clients on PLM solutions across product development, manufacturing and lifecycle management. You will translate business needs into practical PLM recommendations and design configurations that align with client workflows.

You will lead implementation activities, deliver trainings, and provide ongoing support while building trusted client relationships and staying abreast of PLM trends and digital transformation technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of consultancy or client-facing experience.
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments.
• Experience with PLM tools such as Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear PLM recommendations and solution designs.
• Configure PLM systems to match client workflows.
• Gather and analyse client requirements across product development, manufacturing and lifecycle management.
• Lead implementation activity, keeping projects on track against timelines and budgets.
• Deliver training and workshops to help client teams get the most from the system.
• Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for PLM-related issues.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project.
• Stay current on PLM trends, best practice and emerging digital transformation technologies.
