PLM is seeking a hands-on consultant to help clients across engineering and manufacturing maximize value from PLM platforms. You will gather requirements, design tailored PLM solutions, and lead deployment in real-world environments.

This role blends technical and consulting skills, offering opportunities to run workshops, train teams, and build trusted advisor relationships while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of PLM and digital transformation.
• Experience with Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements across product development, manufacturing and lifecycle management.
• Translate business needs into PLM recommendations and solution designs.
• Configure PLM systems to match client workflows and industry requirements.
• Lead implementation activities and keep projects on time and budget.
• Deliver training and workshops to help client teams use the system.
• Provide technical support and act as escalation point for PLM issues.
• Build strong client relationships and advise on solutions.
