Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with Aerospace & Defence or related discrete manufacturing experience. You will lead PLM projects, delivering end-to-end solutions with a focus on Digital Engineering and end-to-end process thinking.

You will collaborate with clients and vendors to bring the best team for transformative outcomes. The role requires senior-level communication, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in PLM leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years PLM leadership experience with major PLM vendors.
• Experience shaping business cases and roadmaps for PLM investments.
• Ability to hold executive level conversations to build alignment on PLM transformation vision.
• Prior consulting experience with stakeholder management and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects delivering PLM solutions across product lifecycle, with focus on Digital Engineering.
• Define operating models and processes for client transformations.
• Support business change activities to ensure adoption of PLM solutions.
• Act as the bridge between clients and Systems Integrators.
