Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
• Strong communication and planning skills; ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track components to ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Process orders and transfer in Avalon; coordinate with Doncaster wire scheduling.
• Batching of wire to maximise machine efficiency.
• Calculate reel sizes and place orders aligned with production plans.
• Monitor and report daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for planning activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and sustain best operational practices.
• Prioritise daily tasks and manage workload across departments to maintain materials supply for targets.
