Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Planning (Project Controls) to lead the planning and scheduling discipline across a portfolio of major programmes and projects. This senior role drives planning excellence, governance and performance, while developing teams and strengthening client relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant planning and project controls leadership experience on major capital projects.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and schedule governance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Planning and Project Controls across major programmes.
• Lead and develop Planning and Project Controls teams with coaching and career development.
• Establish governance frameworks for planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Oversee integrated project schedules and schedule health with critical path analysis.
• Support business development and client relations through bids and proposals.
